These terms explain how you may use the public LSTBooks website and the digital files currently offered through the free Launch Collection.

The current Launch Collection provides selected Excel files without registration or payment. Free availability is not a promise that every Product, edition, update, or future service will always remain free. Any future paid service will be presented under its applicable price and terms before purchase.
Licence for downloaded files
LSTBooks grants you a non-exclusive licence to use and adapt a downloaded workbook for your own personal work or the internal operations of your organization. You may make reasonable working copies and share them internally with people supporting that same use.
What the licence does not allow
You may not sell, sublicense, publicly distribute, upload to a public repository, rebrand, or offer an LSTBooks file or a substantially similar derivative as a competing template or product. Copyright, branding, and other intellectual-property rights remain with LSTBooks or the relevant rights holder.
Compatibility and user responsibility
Product pages state the intended software and scope. You are responsible for keeping backups, checking formulas and outputs, protecting information you enter, and deciding whether a workbook is appropriate for your circumstances.
