Your website language and workbook language are independent. On a Product page, select English, Arabic, or Spanish in the download panel before choosing Download. The file name confirms the edition you selected.

Download help and compatibility

Download without an account
Launch Collection files download directly in your browser. No registration or payment is required. Depending on your browser settings, the file may appear in your Downloads folder or you may be asked where to save it.
Excel compatibility
The current Excel catalogue is designed for Microsoft Excel 2021 desktop unless a Product page states otherwise. Review the Compatibility and Included sections on the specific Product page before relying on a workbook.
Opening and protecting your copy
Save the file to a location you control, keep an untouched backup, and work from a copy when making significant changes. Do not enter confidential information on a shared or untrusted device.
If the file does not open correctly
Confirm that the download completed, the file extension is .xlsx, and you are opening it in the supported desktop version of Excel. If a browser renamed or duplicated the file, download a fresh copy before troubleshooting formulas or layout.
What to include in a support email
Tell us the Product title, workbook language, browser, device, Excel version, and what you expected to happen. Do not attach confidential business records, passwords, payment details, customer lists, or a completed workbook containing sensitive data.
